After successfully partnering with Neoscape to showcase their Phase 1 residences, which sold out in record time, Yellowstone Club came back to us with an even more ambitious request. The challenge: turn an unbuilt vision of Yellowstone Village Phase 2 into an immersive environment. We rose to the challenge in our signature Neoscape style, creating a real-time, photoreal digital twin experience that lets prospective members walk, explore, and discover the future development with total freedom. It’s luxury marketing reimagined, not as a static presentation, but as an environment you can truly inhabit.

Yellowstone Club needed a marketing experience that could flex across channels—interactive tours, VR, films, and renderings—without recreating assets again and again. In tackling this project, we faced a simple truth: Phase 2 was unfinished. With limited on-site context, the environment needed to feel both grounded and complete. Our team began with an intensive discovery phase, gathering CAD files, landscape plans, and design intent to define performance benchmarks for a seamless real-time environment.

Engineering a world
from the ground up

From there, we moved through a structured game-development pipeline: Prototype → First Playable → Pre-Alpha → Vertical Slice → Alpha → Beta → Release. Each milestone kept the team aligned, ensuring visuals, navigation, and functionality met the Yellowstone Club’s high standards for luxury and craft. By building the environment as a true digital twin, we created a single, scalable asset pipeline that can generate unlimited renderings, VR nodes, and cinematic films without ever rebuilding or duplicating content.

A platform built for limitless storytelling

The final experience gave Yellowstone Club a cinematic, interactive platform to showcase future development with total creative control. With built-in self-navigation, info pop-ups, floor plan access, pricing tools, and embedded media, the experience enables sales teams to guide prospects through the new Village from anywhere. With one year of technical maintenance and ongoing updates for new 3D content, the platform continues to expand in tandem with the development.
