Human Resources Manager | BOS

Neoscape is looking for a Human Resources Manager to develop and lead HR practices that provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes collaboration, drive, and creativity. This person will be the representative of the Neoscape brand and culture, as well as the HR expert across employment law and best practice. Supporting the 80+ employee group, the HR Manager is responsible for all operational HR process management as well as talent development and recruitment management. Candidates must have experience in a creative agency or start-up and will understand the pace and culture of the environment. Key projects will include devising and implementing a centralized recruitment function with a focus on studio culture and engagement.

Neoscape is seeking an Associate Creative Director interested in crafting thoughtful and strategic branded communications for clients in architecture and real estate. The position requires the capability to direct and enhance the efforts of our creative team consisting of designers, copywriters, digital artists, filmmakers and interactive developers. Candidates must have a well-rounded understanding of brand strategy, graphic design and writing, as well as an interest in architectural visualization, photography, and film. Neoscape is looking for talented Digital Artists to create inspired, photorealistic renderings and animations by modeling, texturing, lighting, and animating architectural buildings and scenes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of digital rendering using industry standard Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop to translate a designer’s insights into sophisticated marketing imagery. Neoscape is currently looking to add two Mid-Level Interactive Developers to our award-winning interactive development team. Please note that this is an on-site position and not remote eligible. The primary focus of this position will be to work with team leads, the Interactive Director, and the whole Neoscape team to develop web sites and other related projects for a wide range of uses and clients all around the globe. Typical work includes the creation of new projects using both front-end and back-end web technologies for online and offline use as well as occasional updates to existing projects. Successful applicants should be detail oriented, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, able to work as part of a team and on their own with limited guidance, have a good grasp of full-stack web development and technologies, as well as be able to step into another’s shoes to quickly troubleshoot/repair existing projects.

Neoscape is seeking a talented/motivated/badass VFX Artist to join the Film Team in its Boston studio. If you have a passion for creating visual effects ranging from seamless to fantastical, we want to talk to you. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in The Foundry’s NUKE, Adobe After Effects, and familiarity with industry-leading 3D animation packages, 3ds Max being preferred.
