Architectural visualization of BLVD Las Vegas featuring modern retail buildings, landscaped walkways, and vibrant nightlife

BLVD on the Las Vegas Strip

Film for high-stakes retail leasing

On the Las Vegas Strip, visibility is everything. BLVD is one of the Strip’s most significant new retail destinations, bringing 400,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment to 700 feet of prime frontage at the center of one of the world’s most competitive retail environments. The development has attracted a growing roster of global brands, including flagship locations created specifically for Las Vegas.

For more than five years, Neoscape’s film production and 3D visualization teams worked with Gindi Capital to help sell that vision before it became reality. We created a cinematic marketing film, along with a series of targeted edits for individual leasing conversations, that allowed prospective retailers to experience BLVD before it was built.

A destination built for world-class brands

Positioning a distinct brand within an iconic atmosphere

The film establishes a distinct identity for BLVD while tapping into the unmistakable energy of the Las Vegas Strip.

Rather than presenting a static collection of spaces, the viewer moves through bright, bold, immersive scenes that communicate the development as an experience. Light, color, music, motion, and visual effects carry that energy through everything from lifestyle moments to maps and statistics.

The result is a film that feels unmistakably Las Vegas, while giving BLVD a brand presence all its own.

A portal to endless experiences

By moving through an evening of shopping, dining, gathering, and overlooking the Strip, the film helped prospective tenants imagine not just the space, but the experience of being there. It turned plans and renderings into a living destination, giving brands a compelling picture of the visibility, energy, and audience they could become part of.

That vision became a powerful leasing and marketing tool, helping position BLVD as a destination worthy of flagship investment.
