The Position:

This is a mid-to-senior level Graphic Designer opportunity with a collaborative, multi-city team spanning Boston, NYC, Chicago, and Pawtucket, RI—with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in producing thoughtful, high-quality work. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creatives across offices to develop marketing and brand materials for a range of clients. You’ll partner closely with art directors and designers to bring ideas to life with precision, consistency, and speed—translating concepts into polished, production-ready assets across a wide range of formats.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, systems, and detail, and takes pride in getting the work exactly right.

Skills Required

What You’ll Do:
  • Execute high-quality design work across presentations, brochures, emails, digital campaigns, and environmental graphics
  • Translate design direction into clean, consistent, production-ready files
  • Maintain and extend brand systems across multiple formats and touchpoints
  • Prepare files for print, digital, and handoff—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with art directors and designers to refine and elevate work during production
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Identify and fix inconsistencies, errors, or gaps before they become issues
  • Play a key role in ensuring our work is not just creative but executed at a high level in every detail.

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a production-heavy design role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience preparing files for both print and digital production
  • Solid understanding of grids, typography, and layout systems
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Affinity, or motion tools is a plus
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus, but not required
