In early sessions, we worked with DataPivot to define their core service pillars and organize their complex offerings in a way that felt intuitive and modern. Together, we mapped page types, content priorities, and backend functionality to guide the build.

Structure, storytelling, and

Working closely with their team, we shaped a flexible framework that prioritized the essentials and left room for expansion—giving them clarity where it mattered most, and options where it counted. Once the structure was in place, we conducted a series of in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to develop  brand messaging that balanced technical jargon with rich storytelling. Paired with a sleek, UI-driven design, the site positioned DataPivot as both a trusted partner and a forward-thinking leader in their space.

A brand that looks like no one else

To deliver a truly one-of-a-kind design, we created a custom visual system that included iconography, 3D-inspired illustrations, and subtle animation to bring DataPivot’s services to life. From ransomware readiness to infrastructure solutions, each page featured bespoke visuals that enhanced the narrative, elevated the brand, and kept users engaged.

Motion with meaning

We layered in motion selectively—just enough to guide the user’s attention and underscore sophistication. Animated graphics added depth, while scroll-triggered transitions made the experience feel intuitive and modern. Combined with a dark mode-inspired UI, the result was a high-touch interface that felt both polished and impactful.

Ready to pivot

To support fast deployment and future updates, we built the site on a custom CMS with a flexible component system. Page creation became plug-and-play: easy enough for internal teams, robust enough for new content types. This flexibility allowed us to launch quickly, add last-minute pages pre-launch, and continue expanding the site post-launch, with no dev bottlenecks.
