With all the pieces of this $381 million multi-story, last-mile logistics facility finally in place, the challenge became how to communicate the project’s scale—not just its physical size, but its significance for NYC industrial real estate. Communicating the power of scale

As we immersed ourselves in the development, early strategy work revealed that scale was by far the strongest differentiator. So, our team built a concept around scale as a visual idea: oversized typography, small human figures, and graphic devices that made Bronx Logistics Center feel larger than life. The brand was intentionally conceptual and bold, giving the development the distinction it needed and deserved within NYC’s competitive industrial market.

To support the brand rollout, we developed a suite of photorealistic renderings that highlighted the building’s design, operational capabilities, and relationship to the surrounding urban context. These were showcased in a high-impact digital leasing brochure that presented key specifications, location advantages, and the brand story in a cohesive, compelling format.

Making a big impression online

The website extended the experience online, combining storytelling, motion, and interactive elements to create an engaging digital destination. The platform reinforced the brand’s focus on scale, featuring animated interactions and thoughtful design details throughout.

A closer look at the logistics

Meanwhile, the film focused on education. Bronx Logistics Center was designed as a highly flexible last-mile logistics facility, but many of its most valuable operational advantages were difficult to communicate through static imagery alone. We worked closely with Tunbridge Equities to understand how the facility would operate, translating circulation patterns, tenant access, and multi-user functionality into a clear visual narrative.
