The Position:

Neoscape, Inc. is a pioneer in the world of visual storytelling, and we are looking for a 3D digital artist with an inventive spirit who can grow, inspire, and be inspired by our team and clients in a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of digital rendering using industry standard programs to translate a client’s vision into sophisticated marketing imagery. You’re a go-getter who collaborates and communicates well across teams, and your insatiable drive to expand your creativity shows in the excellent work you produce.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will be expected to be in the office at least twice a week (aligned with the specific studio’s schedule, and WFH the other days of the week). The ideal candidate will be working with a manager and team but must be able to self-supervise.

Skills Required

Your Experience:

Working on multiple projects with changing requirements, updated client requests, and tight deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in film and animation
Excellent design skills and a strong foundation in visual storytelling
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workload to meet all schedules and deadlines
Willingness to jump in and help wherever it’s needed, even if it’s outside of your comfort zone
A strong desire to learn and improve your creative process balanced with a passion for teaching
Experience creating high-end, luxury renderings, preferably in a creative agency environment, is a bonus
Photography experience
Familiarity with AI platforms such as: Nano Banana, Gemini, Midjourney, Veo and Runway
Familiarity with Unreal and other real time programs
Degree in architecture, graphic arts, or related field
