Of Evan’s many contributions, his custom Grist dashboards have become the stuff of legend, allowing him to streamline and automate our most complex project management systems. Evan’s Grist mastery is the architecture behind our team’s efficiency, allowing them to find projects quickly and get snapshots of progress within seconds.
During Evan’s GristCon Panel, he revealed how he uses Grist and AI coding to streamline project management here at Neoscape. Using precise AI prompts, Evan created custom widgets in Grist that allow the interactive team to build ecosystems of efficiency. Evan’s Grist projects have transformed large, difficult-to-navigate spreadsheets and graphs into clean, simple dashboards, an exciting example he was able to share with attendees at Gristcon for inspiration.
Evan’s Grist dashboards also track project information automatically, organizing budgets, hours, and deliverables. With Gristcon, project managers can accurately measure an individual or team’s utilization based on individual targets and understand how time is being allocated.
